All dogs are different and vary in their size, just as people vary in size and shape. For a proper fit, measure your dog with a cloth seamstress' tape measure. (If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a rigid ruler.)
o Using a measuring tape, measure from the nape of the neck to the base of the tail. This will give you the required length of the “BACK” shirt.o Then measure around the chest, just behind the front legs. This will give you the required length of the “Girth” shirt.
o For the neck, take a measurement a few inches down from his head and pull the tape snug but not tight. Allow enough room to slip two fingers between the tape and the dog's neck.
